Shipping

We can ship most items to almost any location, but there are some restrictions due to contractual agreements, or size/weight restrictions. Note that when shipping overseas, some products (particularly large bulky items) are charged by size of box, not actual weight - this is particularly important in the case of aero parts and seats for example. 

 

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost displayed on the website is as accurate as possible for 95% of the products we sell on a regular basis. In a small amount of cases, the charge may prove insufficient due to software limitations or carriers changeable rates. In the event that the shipping cost charged is not sufficient, we will notify you of the additional cost and seek your approval before proceeding. If you choose not to accept the new total, you may cancel the order. Where FREE shipping is offered, this is a "no-rush" service - for small items it may mean it ships in a few days and by Royal Mail tracked 48 service, which is a 2-3 day tracked service, (not guaranteed); or for larger items (e.g. wheels) it may mean it's a few days before they are shipped, but still using a DHL/DPD/Parcel Force service appropriate to your location. You should anticipate around a 3-5 working day delivery time. We welcome any call or email with any questions relating to delivery costs for your order and will always do our best to offer the best possible shipping rates available at the time. 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  You, the buyer, are responsible for the costs of return shipping. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the shipping costs. Any item ordered in specifically to fulfil your order, or items which must be made for your order, or customised in any way, cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied by us. 

If you need to return an item, please send an email to sales@srbpower.com with the subject line "RTN[your order number]" and let us know the reason you wish to return the item(s) please. We'll respond to your email and advise the next steps appropriate to the situation and item to be returned. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving the goods back. We strongly suggest that you use an insured, reliable shipping method to return items, as any damaged goods will be refused or render a refund or exchange impossible.
